Graduate and undergraduate students in any university in or outside Ghana may become Junior Associates of TEC upon recommendation by a TEC Fellow. 

Junior Associates may participate in TEC Fellows Meetings either in person or via the internet/telephone but, like their senior counterparts, they shall have no voting rights.

Junior Associates shall cease to be so classified two years after completion of their thesis or formal graduation from their respective universities.
